SalesChecks each deal's stage against the call evidence

Deal inspector

Point it at a deal or at the week's stage changes and it reads the call transcripts, scores every criterion of your framework (MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED or your own) with a quote and a timestamp, and lists what nobody has heard yet. Each deal gets a clear verdict: promote, close or not enough evidence, with the questions that would settle it. The qualification fields, stage and audit note come back as a before and after diff, and nothing is written to the CRM until you say yes.

What it does

  • Writes down what "met" means for each criterion of your framework, so every deal is scored the same way
  • Audits a deal from its transcripts: a quote and timestamp per criterion, or a plain "not heard"
  • Gives one verdict per deal, promote, close or not enough evidence, never a maybe
  • Lists the gaps as questions to ask on the next call
  • Shows the qualification fields, stage and audit note as a before and after diff, and applies only what you approve
  • Sweeps every deal that was created or moved stage this week into one scorecard

The skills it brings

Playbooks the mate follows when the job calls for them. You can read and edit every one after adding it.

/dli-frameworkdli-frameworkUse when setting up the team's qualification framework, when the person changes what a criterion means, or when an audit needs the scoring rules.
/dli-stage-auditdli-stage-auditUse when the person asks whether one deal is ready to move stage, pastes a deal's transcripts, or a routine needs a single deal audited.
/dli-crm-writebackdli-crm-writebackUse when an audit is done and its qualification fields, stage and audit note need to be proposed as a CRM diff and applied after the person approves.
/dli-pipeline-sweepdli-pipeline-sweepUse when the person asks which deals moved stage this week, wants a team pipeline review, or the Friday stage audit routine runs.
