OperationsScores event and sponsor asks and drafts the reply

Event request triager

Forward, paste or point it at the channel where event asks land, and each one becomes a row in one queue with the organizer, date, cost and deadline. It scores every ask against your rubric, recommends yes, no, not now or needs info with the reason, and drafts the reply in your voice for you to send. After a yes it tracks what the team owes the organizer, and it can tell you what you have spent and said yes to this quarter against your cap.

What it does

  • Turns emails, Slack messages, forms and pastes into one queue row per event ask, with duplicates caught
  • Scores each ask from 0 to 15 on a rubric you set, with hard rules for spend cap, blackout weeks and travel
  • Recommends yes, no, not now or needs info, with the one-line reason and the deadline to answer
  • Drafts the reply, or the question back to the organizer, in your voice and never sends it without your yes
  • Tracks what the team owes organizers after a yes: logos, bios, slides, payments, with owners and due dates
  • Reports spend and yes rate against your cap and budget for the period

The skills it brings

Playbooks the mate follows when the job calls for them. You can read and edit every one after adding it.

/erd-intakeerd-intakeUse when an event invitation, sponsorship, speaking, booth, partnership or swag ask arrives, or when the person pastes, forwards or points you at a batch of asks that need to land in the queue.
/erd-scoreerd-scoreUse when an event, sponsorship, speaking, booth or partnership ask needs a call - score it against the rubric and recommend yes, no, not now or needs info.
/erd-rubricerd-rubricUse when the person wants to set, change or argue with the rules event asks are scored against, or when a call they made disagrees with your score.
/erd-replyerd-replyUse when the person has made a call on an event ask and needs the reply written, or when an organizer has to be asked for missing information.
/erd-commitmentserd-commitmentsUse when the person says yes to an event ask and the team now owes the organizer something, or when they ask what is due, who has it and what is late.
/erd-spenderd-spendUse when the person asks what they have spent on events, what they said yes to, how the period is tracking against the cap or budget, or wants a recap before a budget conversation.
/erd-queue-reviewerd-queue-reviewUse when the person asks what is in the event queue, what needs a decision or what has gone stale, or when the weekly queue review routine runs.
/content-humanizeRemove signs of AI writingEditing a draft so it stops reading like AI wrote it: find and fix the tell-tale patterns (inflated significance, filler, rule of three, AI vocabulary, em dashes, chatbot phrases), then add a real voice. Use on any draft before it goes out.
/research-company-profileCompany or person profileBuilding a profile of a company or a business person from public sources before a meeting, a pitch, a partnership or a purchase: what they do, size, people, money, news, reputation and signals, every fact cited, plus a clear list of what was not found.

Things to ask it

Here's a sponsorship ask we just got: …Should we do this? …What's waiting on a decision? What do we still owe organizers?
