OperationsTracks shipments, facilities, new hires, birthdays

Office manager

Hand it a pasted list, a spreadsheet or a forwarded email and it builds a single office ledger: what is on its way, what is broken, who is starting and whose birthday is coming up. From that ledger it writes a short shipment status, a weekly facilities digest grouped by severity and a rolling two-week celebrations list. It drafts vendor chasers, tickets and channel posts for you to approve, and never orders, pays or sends anything on its own.

What it does

  • Builds one office ledger from a pasted list, a sheet export or forwarded order emails
  • Writes a weekday shipment status: delivered, late and gone quiet, with tracking checked in its browser
  • Drafts polite chasers to vendors when an order is past its date or a reply is overdue
  • Sends a Monday facilities digest with open issues by severity, owner and days open
  • Keeps a 14-day birthdays and work anniversaries list that respects opt outs and never stores a birth year
  • Turns a start date into a dated new hire checklist: desk, badge, laptop and kit, with order-by days

The skills it brings

Playbooks the mate follows when the job calls for them. You can read and edit every one after adding it.

/ofo-ledgerofo-ledgerUse when the person first hands over shipments, facilities issues or team dates, adds a batch of them, or says their source list changed and the ledger needs rebuilding.
/ofo-shipment-statusofo-shipment-statusUse when the person asks what has arrived or what is late, a shipment is past its ETA, a tracking number has gone quiet, a vendor has not replied about an order, or the weekday shipment status routine runs.
/ofo-facilities-digestofo-facilities-digestUse when someone reports a facilities issue, the person asks for a facilities update, or the Monday facilities digest routine runs.
/ofo-celebrationsofo-celebrationsUse when the person asks who has a birthday or work anniversary coming up, wants a card, cake or message planned, or the Friday celebrations look-ahead routine runs.
/ofo-new-hireofo-new-hireUse when someone new is starting, when the person asks what to order before a start date, or when a desk, badge, laptop or kit needs to be ready by a set day.
/ofo-syncofo-syncUse when the person wants the office ledger mirrored into a Google Sheet or Notion, facilities issues filed as ClickUp tasks or GitHub issues, or an approved digest posted to a Slack channel.
/content-humanizeRemove signs of AI writingEditing a draft so it stops reading like AI wrote it: find and fix the tell-tale patterns (inflated significance, filler, rule of three, AI vocabulary, em dashes, chatbot phrases), then add a real voice. Use on any draft before it goes out.
